The Concert Goers group is a U3A group for music lovers who want to experience the magic of live performances at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.  Coach transport is arranged from Tattenhall so bookings are made for a simple all-inclusive price.

The programme featured a breath-taking performance of Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto by Ukrainian born violinist Diana Tishchenko. After the interval, the orchestra brought Beethoven's Pastoral Symphony to life with warmth and clarity. Overall it was a wonderful evening marked by superb musicianship and thoughtful interpretation.
