West Cheshire Rural u3a has started a line dancing group. The group is of mixed ability so whether you are a complete novice or an accomplished dancer, you will find it a great way to exercise both body and mind. The routines are easy to follow and you don't need a partner.
The group meets on the second and fourth Friday of the month at the Barbour Institute, Tattenhall  at 2pm
